Place Value Partitioning

Reflection :

I have been learning how to solve addition problems by using place value blocks.  The parts I find tricky are adding without these blocks.  I need to use the hundreds chart to help me add in 10's because I find this hard.  I need to practise my basic facts.

Fractions

I was learning to understand the parts of a fraction.  It was frustrating because I got mixed up because I had to say quarters thirds and halves.  I like what mrs p taught us what fractions are and what a fraction is a part of.  Next time I could actually learn more about what a fraction can be.

Making and breaking

I was learning that numbers can be made and broken up in a number

of different ways.I found it interesting because you had to do numbers.My next step is to make and break up to thirty.
